1. Who we are

The website spotshare.ro (the "Site") is operated by SPOTSHARE S.R.L., a company incorporated in Romania. Full company identification details (registered office, CUI, Trade Register number) will be published on this page before the commercial launch of services beyond this Site. The company is established and operates in Romania.

2. What these terms cover

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Site. They do not govern use of the SpotShare mobile application. If you use the app, open the App tab on this page first—this Website tab applies only to the Site.

3. The Site is informational

The Site is a presentation and download destination for SpotShare. Features such as creating listings, booking parking, messaging, payments, and account management exist only in the mobile app, not on the Site.

4. Who the Site is for

The Site is intended for users in Romania. While anyone may view or download materials from the Site, SpotShare is realistically useful if you drive or offer a parking space. You should be at least 18 years old to use the Site.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site or attempt to disrupt its operation, probe for vulnerabilities without authorisation, scrape, data-mine, or extract data from the Site without our prior written permission, introduce malware, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or block access where we reasonably believe these rules are violated.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, text, images, logos, and other materials are owned by SpotShare or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, including trademarks, trade names, and logos. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them except as allowed by law or with our prior consent.

7. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site (for example pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and technical identifiers as described in Google's documentation and our Privacy Policy). Analytics is subject to the consent, Google Tag Manager, and Google Consent Mode approach described in our Privacy Policy. For more detail on what we collect on the Site, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Nothing on the Site is insurance, a promise of parking availability, or a guarantee of any particular outcome.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude or limit liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site. SpotShare does not insure your vehicle or parking arrangements and does not control real-world parking conditions or third-party conduct. Any parking, driving, or property matter is between you and third parties (including other users when using the app). To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for damage to vehicles, theft, loss, or similar events. Nothing on the Site is a substitute for your own insurance or legal judgment.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Where we have your contact details (for example, if you contacted us), we may inform you of material changes, including by email.
